Reservations
To make an appointment, please contact us directly by calling 615.758.2122. A credit card number is required when making reservations. Private, after hour appointments may be scheduled.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to relax and unwind with one of our hot or cold beverages. If this is your first visit, please arrive 20 minutes early to complete required paperwork and to familiarize yourself with our facility. Please note that your scheduled time is when your treatment begins.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. All cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge for services cancelled. No show appointments will result in a full charge for services missed. By making an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Electronics
To preserve our tranquil setting, cell phones and pagers are discouraged. For the privacy of our guests, use of any camera or video equipment is strictly prohibited.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, The Fountain gift cards and cash. Financing options are available. There will be a $30 charge for returned checks.

Gift Cards
What a special way to show how much you care, or a wonderful way to show your appreciation. Giving a gift card is simple, and since you choose the denomination, they are right for any budget.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with merchandise you have purchased, you may receive a credit within 15 days of purchase with your receipt. However, we cannot issue a credit for a product that has been depleted by 25% or more. Gift cards are non-refundable.
